Akoya is continually improving the Data Recipient Hub to provide you with the tools you need to integrate with our network. Weโ€™re pleased to announce that weโ€™ve launched the ability to report any questions or issues you may have directly within the Hub.

Whatโ€™s changed?

You can now ask questions, submit feedback, and get assistance from Akoya directly from the Hub!

We've added a "Contact Akoya" option that enables you to ask general questions or request help for your sandbox apps. A second option allows you to report production incidents that affect any of your production apps.

Both options are easily accessible via a "Need help?" button that floats at the bottom-right of every screen in the Hub.

After emailing us or submitting a support ticket, youโ€™ll receive an automated email letting you know weโ€™ve received your submission.
